I purchased a pacesetter home back in 2012 and have lived here for more than 2 years now. From what I experience, the customer service is good. They reply to my emails on time and schedule appointments to come on site to inspect and fix things quickly. There was a wind damage to the sidings of my house recently and they proactively sent off work order at the earliest time (even before I reached out to them) to the contractor for the repair. This was beyond my expectations. Thank you for making it much earlier for us!
