We recently built and moved in to our Winslow home with Pacesetter here in Regina. Overall, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. Kelsey was our sales manager who was the key to this positive experience. Given we are veteran home buyers, we came in equipped with knowledge and experience about what we would like to make this home work for our young family; however, we were still unsure about some things in the building process. Kelsey was consistently responsive to and professional and honest about all of those requests, questions, and wants throughout. She went the extra mile for us by maintaining ongoing communication that allowed us to build a wonderful working relationship which served as a foundation to build trust with the home builder.
Upon possession day, I appreciated Pacesetter’s binder of all the contact information to the businesses that serviced our house should there be any issues, along with home warranty and Pacesetter’s customer care contact information. Kelsey went through everything step-by-step to make sure we knew who to contact. We had to already use it for one of our front locks, and someone was here the same day to fix it!! I hope to never use again, but I’ll be back here to comment regarding those experiences should we need them :-)
