Shingles are an individually layered sheets that cover the roof of your home to protect it from weather.  Shingles are made of various materials, though the most common type used it made from composite or asphalt materials.

 

Leaky roof – contact Pacesetter Warranty during the warranty period. This is considered an urgent request and timely notification is essential.
Curling up or curling down – contact Pacesetter Warranty during the warranty period. After the builder warranty has expired, contact the shingle manufacturer.
Lifting shingles – after installation, the shingles need a summer to properly adhere. Prior to this time the shingles may lift in windy conditions. Contact Pacesetter Warranty during the warranty period.
