Matt has worked with Pacesetter Homes for over 10 years. Matt grew up in small-town Saskatchewan where his love for golf began. After completing high school, he set his sights on a golf career, working across Canada and the United States in the golf industry for 10 years. He landed back in Regina in 2009 where he completed a degree in Economics from the U of R. He joined Pacesetter Homes in the summer of 2012.

Janet is excited to have recently joined Pacesetter Homes as an Area Sales Manager. She has an entrepreneurial spirit having owned her own business for several years in the architectural design industry. She is a compassionate customer service professional with more than 20 years of experience in Interior Redesign, Interior Renovations, Space Utilization and Retail Sales. Janet’s ability to observe what the clients’ needs are and listen to their wants has contributed to her success over the years. She is best known for her honesty, clear (but kind) communication skills and eye for detail.

Zoe Materi
Zoe’s background in design has given her a strong appreciation for the details that transform a house into a home. She earned a Bachelor of Architectural Studies from Carleton University in 2019. Spending several years in Ontario, she gained hands-on experience in both architecture and interior design, and later completed a Certificate in Interior Decoration to further refine her skills.
Upon returning to her hometown, Zoe joined the Pacesetter Regina team in 2024. Her diverse skill set elevates the home-buying experience and she is dedicated to guiding clients through each step of their journey, ensuring a personalized approach that reflects their unique style and needs.
