The Search

Start with visiting our website or contacting our sales team to determine what community and what floor plan of our many masterfully designed homes best suits your lifestyle.   Our knowledgeable team will be able to assist you with narrowing down your search by offering expert advice on our standard and options to make your new home unique.

Mortgage Preapproval

Having a mortgage pre-approval means a lender has made a commitment to loan you money for a home. During the process, you can review your mortgage options to choose a loan that best fits your needs. If you decide to buy a new home, your builder can recommend a lender to make the process easier.

As tempting as it can be to start your new home search right away, get the pre-approval first. Visiting a lender before you start home shopping might seem like a hassle, but it’s a very important part of the process.

The Purchase

Meet with your Area Manager to sign your purchase agreement for your new home, our team will review the included features of your home as well as any changes or inclusions that you’ve discussed. Once you have reviewed your contract and have your unconditional mortgage approval the sales team will review the removal of conditions with you. This is when the sale is considered final and you can begin making move-in arrangements. Here is what you can expect in your purchase contract.

Interior Selections

Most quick possessions are move-in ready and you simply select your appliances and get ready to pack. If you purchase a home in an earlier stage of construction, you may have the option to make a couple of selections for other elements of your new home.

Home Owner Orientation

This is a walk-through that happens approximately one to two weeks before the possession date. Most of the construction has been finished at this stage. Our Customer Care team will meet with you to go over the common questions about new construction homes as well as review important homeowner maintenance items. We will also ensure that everything meets our standards of construction.

Possession Day!

Your new home is now complete and it is time to move in.  You will meet with our Customer Care team to review your home one more time and sign your certificate of possession and receive the keys to your home.
