Roof Ventilation

 

Roof ventilation allows air to escape from attic spaces.

Proper attic ventilation extends the life of a roof and reduces problems because it minimizes the temperature difference between the attic and the air outside.

 

Common concerns:

Leaking at vents – please notify Pacesetter Warranty during the warranty period.
Vent is damaged – Damages must be noted at (or prior to) Occupancy. Damages occurring after Occupancy from storm or weather related damages are considered “acts of nature” and are not covered under warranty.
