Exterior Hose Bib

 

The exterior hose bib is an outdoor water faucet attached to your home.  They are threaded to connect a water hose.  Ensure that the supply line to the exterior is shut off and the line is drained prior to freezing temperatures.

 

Hose bib frozen – this is typically due to garden hoses left attached after freeze up. This is typically not covered under warranty, but we will check and advise.
Leaking – during the warranty period we will send out the plumbers to repair.
