Referral Program

At Pacesetter Homes Saskatchewan, we value the trust and confidence our customers place in us. We know that the strongest endorsement for our homes comes from our satisfied customers. To show our appreciation, for a limited time only, until December 31, 2024, Pacesetter Homes Saskatchewan will reward you with $2,500 for each referral that purchases a home with us.

• The referred individual must be referred directly and not represented by a realtor.
• The referral amount will be paid in full upon the occupancy of the home.
• If the referral is working with a realtor, you will receive a $500 gift card.

Updated Referral Program (Effective January 1, 2025):

• $1000 for buyers referred to Pacesetter who are not represented by a realtor.
• $250 for buyers who have a realtor and collaborate directly with Pacesetter inside sales.

This change does not mean we are removing the benefits of the Referral Program. We continue to believe that the greatest compliment we can receive is a referral from our satisfied customers, and we remain committed to rewarding you for bringing us new potential buyers.
