Interior Staircase

 

 

Interior staircase is the stairs that lead to another level on your home.  Our stairs are pre-fabricated and installed during the construction phase of the home.  Once the stairs are installed, the flooring trade will install the floor covering; typically carpet, linoleum or hardwood.

 

Floor squeaks – please report all floor squeaks on the 1 year warranty request.  Squeaks must be readily audible and consistently repeatable to be eligible for repair.
