Interior Doors

Interior doors are what separate one room from the next. Interior doors can come in a variety of sizes and styles, depending on the frame.
French doors are double doors, with glass inserts running through most of the length.
Panel (swing) doors are standard doors installed in most homes.
Pocket (sliding) doors are built to slide open/closed within the wall. Usually used when there is no room for a swing door.
Alignment – contact Pacesetter Warranty to adjust doors at the 3 month or 1 year warranty visit.
Paint chips or dents – must be identified at Occupancy. Paint or dents not noted at Occupancy are considered “normal wear and tear”
Loose handles – contact Pacesetter Warranty to tighten loose handles at the 3 month or 1 year warranty visit.
Door expansion due to humidity – Since doors are a natural building product they will absorb the excess humidity in your home which will cause them to expand. Ensure that you are maintaining your homes humidity levels using your HRV.
